Frequently asked questions

Have questions? Here are the answers

Yes, with a valid medical prescription. Several ISO-coded devices (lumbostats, TLSO braces, collars) may be supplied free of charge or with a co-payment. We help you manage the whole process.

A corset generally covers only the lumbar or at most dorso-lumbar region. A brace is a more extensive orthosis that may reach the chest or shoulders for conditions involving multiple spinal segments.

It depends on the clinical indication. Some orthoses are worn all day, others only during activity. The prescribing doctor indicates the protocol to follow, which we check at delivery.
