COV is accredited with the National Health Service for custom insoles, orthopaedic prosthetics, wheelchairs and many other aids. With your doctor’s prescription, you may be eligible for full or partial coverage. Ask us how when you contact us.
Before you write to us
Quick answers to the most common questions
For most medical items (aids, stockings, standard orthotics) no appointment is needed. For custom evaluations (insoles, prosthetics, scoliosis braces) it is preferable to book so we can dedicate the needed time to you.
Bring the prescription from your GP or specialist. Our team checks eligibility and handles the paperwork with the local Health Authority (ASL). In many cases the supply is completely free of charge for you.
About 7–10 working days from assessment to delivery. The first appointment (postural assessment + digital cast) takes about 30–40 minutes.
In special cases (elderly or people with reduced mobility) we evaluate together the most suitable solution. Contact us by phone to arrange the details.
